In addition to ensuring the protection of resource investment, the commercialization of research and development products increases the company's earning, enhances the company's value and competitiveness, and promotes the sustainable development. In addition to establishing barriers to entry in market competition through intellectual property rights, Ingentec Corp. also respects the intellectual property rights of other companies and strictly prohibits infringement by colleagues.
In order to effectively manage and maintain intellectual property, Ingentec Corp. has formulated the "Intellectual Property Management Measures" as the basis for intellectual property management and at the same time strengthens corporate governance.

II. Management of business secrets
New employees sign an "employment contract" when they join Ingentec Corp.. The contract contains confidentiality clauses that require employees not to disclose company business secrets. At the same time, we also sign confidentiality contracts with our partners to avoid improperly obtaining or using the business secrets of our partners.

III. Management of patent rights and trademark rights
The patent and trademark management of Ingentec Corp. is the R&D department. In order to encourage employees to develop innovative and creative ideas and implement research and development, Ingentec Corp. has formulated the "Patent Management Measures Rewards" to award bonuses as rewards for innovative research and development that have applied for patents. We will also make announcements from time to time regarding patent acquisition and application cases to show that our company attaches great importance to patent applications.

IV. Copyright management
Ingentec Corp. has formulated "work rules" to strictly regulate the use of official computer software. New employees will be promoted from the time they join the company to prohibit improper downloading or installation of computer software to avoid infringement of intellectual property rights.
